安格尔西旧矿区是一座位于维多利亚州的露天褐煤矿，位于维多利亚州，于2015 年关闭。
在创作过程中，我们两次实地走访安格尔小镇，与当地居民、政府代表及社区成员交流，深入了解他们的想法和诉求。
本项目设想了在 2040 年，游客、本地社区以及各类组织可能如何体验这一场地。项目重点通过六个关键要素来恢复自然：用于净化水体的浮动湿地、水位标识、社区植树、观鸟步道、太阳能发电场，以及一个用于随时间推移分享照片的观景平台。
项目采用共创的设计方法，希望打造一个友好的场所，让当地居民、游客和各类组织能够在此与自然及彼此建立联系。
Anglesea is a coastal town along Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, famous for beaches, wildlife, scenic walks, and natural beauty. Anglesea Power Station is located north-northeast of the Anglesea township,and was a 150 MW brown coal plant run by Alcoa to power its aluminium smelter. Opened in 1969, it closed in August 2015. The site has since been rehabilitated.
